Due to the digital nature of our golf performance assessments and instant delivery of results, we operate the following refund policy:

No Refunds After Access Once you complete your purchase, you receive immediate access to your personalised assessment and results. Because the full value of the product is delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds after the assessment has been accessed.

Technical Issues If you experience technical problems accessing your assessment or receiving your results, please contact us at support@golfclarity.ai within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a full refund.

Product Not as Described If the assessment you receive is materially different from what was advertised, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.

Your Rights By purchasing, you acknowledge this is a digital product with immediate delivery and you agree to waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
